Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in the state of North Carolina through NC Commercial Unlimited Contractor licensing. We carry the appropriate insurance coverage to protect both our team and our clients, giving you peace of mind throughout every phase of your project.
We also strictly follow and stay up to date with all OSHA regulations and safety requirements to ensure every job is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest industry standards.
What areas do you service?While we are based in North Carolina and primarily service the High Rock Lake area, our team also works throughout the state, including the coast, mountain regions, and surrounding lakes.
Some of the areas we regularly service include Badin Lake, Lake Tillery, Lake Wylie, and Lake Norman, along with many other surrounding locations. If you’re unsure whether we service your area, simply reach out! We’re happy to discuss your project.
Do you handle permits.including permit-restricted lakes?Yes, if you choose us as your builder, once a contract is signed, we will assist you with the entire permitting process and help answer any permitting-related questions along the way.
We have extensive experience working with a wide variety of permits and have found that the process is typically much smoother and more efficient when we handle the permitting directly on behalf of our clients. This helps reduce delays, avoid common mistakes, and keeps your project moving forward.
We regularly work with county permitting departments, environmental agencies, and utility providers, including Duke Energy Lake Services, on permit-restricted lakes and waterways. Our goal is to make the permitting process as simple and stress-free as possible for you.
Do you have diver and equipment for boat salvage and recovery Yes, we have access to experienced experienced divers and specialized equipment to assist with boat salvage, recovery, and vessels in distress. Whether your boat has sunk, run aground, taken on water, or needs emergency recovery assistance, we have the resources to help.
Our team is equipped to assist with vessel recovery, underwater inspections, lift and stabilization operations, and marine emergency response. Our divers are able to assess underwater damage, secure recovery points, and assist in complex recovery situations where above-water access alone is not enough.
We understand that these situations are often urgent, so we work quickly, safely, and efficiently to help protect your vessel and minimize further damage.
