Most pile driving projects are priced on a per-pile basis. However, when piles encounter rock or extremely dense subsurface conditions, additional time, equipment, and wear on machines may be required. For these situations, work involving rock or other difficult driving conditions may be billed at an hourly rate. We will always communicate any expected pricing changes before additional work begins.
