The foundation of Shoreline

Blaine founded Shoreline with a simple mindset: build quality projects, treat people right, and let hard work speak for itself. As the first in his family to pursue a path outside of college and build a career in construction, he understood early on that success would have to be earned through grit, discipline, and consistency.

Before starting Shoreline, Blaine apprenticed under an experienced contractor, gaining valuable hands-on knowledge and real-world field experience. That foundation gave him the skills, confidence, and vision to build a company of his own from the ground up.

Today, Shoreline continues to grow through a commitment to quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and strong client relationships. Blaine understands that trust is earned, and he is grateful for every client who chooses Shoreline for their project. Our Process

Once you've reviewed and approved your proposal, we'll prepare a formal construction contract outlining the scope of work, project details, and terms. Please note that your estimate is not a contract and does not reserve your place on our construction schedule. Your project will be added to our schedule only after the contract has been signed by all parties and any required deposits have been received.

Once your project is scheduled, our team will coordinate permitting (if required), material ordering, and construction. Throughout the process, we'll keep you informed and work diligently to deliver a project built with quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism.

With your project scheduled, our experienced team gets to work. From pile driving and fabrication to construction and final installation, every phase is completed with exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Upon completion, we'll perform a final walkthrough to ensure every aspect of the project meets our high standards and your expectations. Our goal is to deliver a finished product that you'll enjoy for years to come while providing continued support should you ever need us in the future.

If you choose Shoreline as your contractor, we'll also assist with the permitting process and coordinate with the appropriate agencies when required.
